Jaycee pics

We went to Sea World the other day. Here are a couple of pics from the grassy area.

Better late than never pics. These are from Jaycee's first visit to the beach. She had a great time digging, pouring water from bucket to bucket, and people watching.

Jaycee has been a big helper lately when it comes to getting ready. She told me that she knew how to put on her own bathing suit; this is what we got. The bottoms went on her head and she couldn't quite figure out what to do with the top. At least it's a start!

Just a quick pic

If you are good at reading/understanding ultrasound pics, then this one will be very easy to decipher. Here is our BB#2 girl with her hand in her mouth. This was probably the clearest of profile shots that we got at our last visit. We actually get to go for another ultrasound in Sept. too. That will be our fourth ultrasound with this baby! We hardly got any with Jaycee and even got shoved out of one of our appointment slots with her too. Just goes to show you what a different doc office can do. The visits can get somewhat annoying because nothing is ever fast, but at least we have a few extra memories that we don't have to pay for our of pocket :)

Since we have been avoiding the heat as much as possible, there aren't really any "new" pics of Jaycee. We have been laying low, enjoying the A/C and the pool in the evening. I guess we should start taking the camera out too! Pics to come soon. . .

We Know What We're Having!!!

If you want to know the sex of Baby Becerra #2, then by all means, keep on reading! We had our anatomy scan ultrasound yesterday and were sooooo happy that we could see what BB#2 is! We were a little bit worried because the technician said that the cord was through baby's legs like a thong, but all the readings came out loud and clear. . .

GIRL!!!!!

Jaycee is going to have a little sister! We are so very, very excited and cannot wait to meet our little bundle of pink joy. We are even happier that all the receiving blankets, toys, etc. are girl friendly and approved by Jaycee herself. We think they will make a wonderful team together. Oh yeah, and the technician also said good luck to us because this baby appears to be just as wild as Jaycee was in the womb. Jaycee was a boxer baby and BB#2 is a kicker and a spinner. She is one little wild girl already :)

Jaycee's First Trip to the Pacific

Jaycee had a fun time at the San Clemente beach! She especially loved throwing the rocks and sand around after dinner. We had a very nice meal on the pier at The Fisherman's Restaurant (totally go if you can afford it!). She enjoyed the usual: looking at birds, watching the waves, and watching the surfers too! We are pretty sure that she was looking for her cruise ship at the end of the pier (she had never been to just the beach before). We are planning for a day trip to the beach tomorrow for more fun in the sun! Too cute pics :)

Jaycee's Fourth of July 2009

Jaycee had a wonderful 4th of July in Solvang, Ca. this year. We found this awesome park just outside of town and she had a fantastic time. We wish we had one of these parks in our backyard!

Jaycee got to hang out with some cousins (for the first time ever!) and she even had a fireworks show just outside the condo we were staying at. Her first up close fireworks show and. . . she fell asleep! Poor baby was just too tired after a day of fun.
