Joshua Gunnar: 4 Months Old!

My little man is 4 months old today! He was supposed to have his four month shots/doc appointment today, but that ended up being cancelled because of his Mama's illnesses. We don't want Little Man to get sick too, so we just decided to postpone those horrible things. He didn't seem to mind too much!

Joshua's favorite things are: watching Jayden, sucking on his fingers (especially his left hand), and finding his toes. He is trying his best to make those toes go in his mouth too, but hasn't quite figured that out yet.

He wears 6 month clothing already, and still doesn't sleep through the night (he's too busy nursing himself into mini sleep comas).

He is super big, super happy, and the best little baby boy anyone could ever ask for. He is the light of my life (along with his wild sisters of course) and I can't believe how BIG he is growing, and so FAST! Almost time for another one. . . hahahaha :)

Happy Birthday Jaycee!

Jaycee turned 4 this weekend. She had three days worth of fun; beginning with Panera for lunch on Saturday (her only request for the past month or so), Disneyland with a complete Jasmine transformation Sunday, followed by a preschool party Monday morning. This kid has been so busy with fun and exciting things!

Here are a few pictures from our Disneyland adventure on Sunday:

And so the real fun begins! This is a step by step photo guide on how to become a princess. We're still not sure why she decided to become Jasmine out of all her choices, but with worked out well. She was the only Jasmine in the park that day, and the only princess with a pair of pants for an outfit. It suited her well and she looked just amazing! Jaycee got hair, make-up, nail polish, and a private photo session. She was very relaxed during the makeover and loved the outcome so much. She wore her entire outfit all day long. . . shoes and all!

Even though Disneyland is supposed to be the happiest place on Earth, Jayden begged to differ when we first got started. She didn't enjoy the carousel that much, but warmed up to the rides as the day went on.

Taking it all in on the Jungle Boat ride

Getting ready for It's a Small World. (Have baby, will travel. Baby Joshua went on Jungle Boat, It's a Small World, and Pirates. He slept through all but It's a Small World. He loved the song and colors.)

And of course, no Jasmine makeover would be complete without the meet and greet of the princesses. Jaycee enjoyed meeting Belle, Ariel, and Tiana. She was even a little shy!

And the celebration continues. . . Here are some cute pics from her preschool cupcake party.

Jayden did so well sitting and eating like a big kid. All she wants to do is grow up and be like her sister (minus the princess infatuation though).

Jaycee with her hands on her hips making sure everyone knew that Jayden was her little sister. She has so much to say! All Jayden wanted to do was play with the magnet set.

We're not sure where the time goes, nor why it has to go so quickly, but nonetheless, we are happy and proud of our little four year old! She is going to be quite an amazing adult! Watch out world, Jaycee is certainly one to contend with!
